Billing

Hi, My bill has gone up from £42.50 to £51.37, I was struggling to pay that but now this rise has made it so much harder, can anyone tell me if I can change my package to just the broadband on its own and how much is 100mps broadband only ? The tv are only the channels I can get on freeview. I  did ring up but was passed from department to department and got cut off after 25 mins I don’t want to go through all that again.

you'll need to call CS to discuss package changes and to see if you can downgrade to those options.
