Does anyone else keep getting charged a different amount each month, for months now I've been gettin charged £67 and £59 for a £32 service, every month this is happening, fed up calling every month now, been nearly 15 months this has been happening

best way of checking this is looking at your emails. you should be getting monthly bills with a breakdown. also if you want to get more out of your package go to our live online chat. they will be able to help in detail
