Noticing it myself now.

It used to take a while for a reply off the forum team but they were a help with letting you know if there's an area fault or anything else.

Now it seems to be the same script following as the telephone number. I'm seeing a lot of "thanks for posting how is it now" replies and no actual help other than giving a phone number or a link.

While I probably appreciate the frustration that's felt by many on here.  I respectfully suggest that your remark is uncalled for there. I do think we need to give the new team time to settle in.
