Appointment made for tech visit online, but no one visited.
Monday 4 May 2020 the SH3 had issues. After going to the status page, and the page doing a system test on my netwotk, the page recommended a tech visit. I put for 6th May, 12noon to 4pm (wednsday). We obviously were in all day, and my choosen contact wad our home number. But er had no visit or a call. Can VM please check the situation.
It all seems ok besides baf speeds, whicj ive posted on forum about this earlier.
