Currently paying £23.25 a month for M125.

Called up to cancel, the automated system offered me £6 off each bill for the next 6 months. Then would rise to £44.25 PM 😭.

Ignored that and spoke to a agent and he asked if I've made up my mind or if I wanted to see what he could offer.

He offered me £23 for the next 18months with the RPI rate not affecting me either.

Pretty happy with that result

The rpi won’t affect you till next year the rpi has now been placed in the terms and conditions. Remember next year you won’t have the right to cancel if there is a price rise
