Not as such.  You may be able to re-contract and bring them all together as one deal (new 18 month contract), but if any of the existing arrangements are in a fixed term arrangement, whilst they'll happily re-contract you, the chances of securing a decent discount are low as an existing customer you'll struggle to secure the prices advertised for new customers.  No harm trying, just make sure you try and do it via Whatsapp so that you record all the details of what you are promised and the price you agree.  Go through all the important details of any offered deal carefully, as there's been quite a few problems lately of customers re-contracting and finding the agreed deal is different to what was put through on the system.

If your phone deal is with O2, then you can link that to your VM account, and qualify for Volt benefits, but that's not a discount as such, and O2 intentionally price high, meaning that there's often cheaper arrangements from other providers.  Unfortunately it's complicated to compare bundled deals, especially when there's add-ons that are of high value to some people but not everybody (as with Volt).  If the pricing and options of Volt work for you, it can be fab value - for me, the benefits don't outweigh the much higher monthly cost of O2 compared to my SIM only arrangement with another provider.
