I've never ever felt the need to post anything about a company and up to this point wouldn't have about virgin media either.
I cannot believe how shocking their customer service is. Can't get through via phone... Live chat is incompetent. I was considering changing my package as I'm out of contract but they've put the nail in the coffin and I could not think of anything worse than staying with virgin. Yes your Internet may have been industry leading at one point but its slowly changing and I can really understand all the negative reviews.
Does anyone know how else I can give 30 days notice without having to sit on the phone for an hour? To then speak to an unhelpful person who tries to hard sell?
