4 days of not being able to manage my account; 3 weeks of missing emails; 0 fixes
Are VM in financial difficulties? Have they failed to invest in staff and infrastructure and its coming home to roost? Imagine if Amazon customers couldn't login? How long do you think it would take to fix that? 🙂
