My first post here and unfortunately im not a happy bunny.
Basically I moved from Virgin Media Business to Virgin Media Residential back in mid February 2020. My landline number was changed to a new one so on the 9th of March I asked for my old number to be ported over. Despite several promises and complaints sent this has still not happened as of today (06/07/2020)
Does anyone here have a contact number or an email address of someone who can take ownership of this issue and help me resolve it please?
The usual contact methods (phone, email and sms) have all but failed to get a decent response. Im sure they're ignoring me on purpose now.
