The key information that you need to check is the line that starts with “OUTPUT”

If this doesn’t say 12V / 1.5A then the Super Hub is using the wrong power supply and could be suffering Internet connection issues or unreliable wireless signal.
Unplug this power supply and instead use the original power supply that came with the Super Hub.
