i downgraded my service last night & now my v+ box isn't letting me pause, rewind or watch recorded tv, comes up with error code 2001, i only had some channels removed, i have a tivo, v+ & 2 standard boxes which should all have remained the same, i have tried unplugging it, still the same & spent around £10 on the phone earlier just to be cut off from your end. Any help appreciated as i cant keep ringing and being on hold forever.

I'm sorry that there's been some issues since the downgrade, I've been able to run some tests and good news is they've responded. I did however, notice that the downstream power levels on the TiVo is below what I'd like and I would suggest getting someone out to you to do a check up.
