My Tivo is painfully sluggish when using menus. A month ago or so, I rang to report the fault, and they removed all my suggestions and said that this should speed it up. Sadly it was ineffective and the issue persists. Is it yet another faulty box? I Have had 3 replacements in the past 6 months
Thank you for coming in and posting your message, I'm sorry that there's been some slowness on the TiVo.
I have been into the services connected in the home and it's clear to see that they are going through some issues on one of the cables. After checking, I've not been able to see any listed outages on the line so this would need an engineer. I don't believe that this would merit a box swap but they will need to attend the home.
