tivo box as lost its connection to virgin media service network since 30 days

we have been doing some house work and the tivo had to be switched off because off electric work and a message came through reading virgin tv service interupted and it read your box as lost its connection to virgin network since 30 days so the tivo as not been connected to network since 30 days i will connect to network and let it run please come back with answers saying you know what your talking about many thanks jonni
