Got pop up on tv screen with fault 4071. I've tried turning box off and on to no avail. Also have network availability c130 - not sure if its a separate issue. Any idea if there's anything I can do to fix?

These errors aren't the best when they occur and certainly something I would like to help with. I would like to start by running some diagnostics to ensure that the signal levels are working as they should be but I've had a bit of a snag.
