It all depends if the channel provider and VM can reach a satisfactory carriage agreement. Unlike Freesat and Freeview and to some extent Sky (because there they pay Sky for an EPG slot) channels can go on satellite by paying an access fee. With VM, because it is a closed system, they'll want a cut of VM's own subscription revenue. That gets passed on to us through prices. Do we really need another shopping channel?
Anyway VM never announce new channels unless they are ready to launch and they will never say whether they have plans to discuss or launch. So it's wait and see.
