Virgin media samsung v box not recording full programme!

It records some programmes or films, but for some it freezes and you can't do anything but reboot it (by switching it off at the plug),and hope it works the next time. It is completely frozen so the remote doesn't respond and the time is still ticking down though. Can anyone help as it happens a lot now? My other box is a TiVo and so far I have had no problems with that one.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble with your recordings on the V+ box. I appreciate how frustrating this must be when you want to watch your favourite shows and films.

 

I've managed to locate your account to run some tests. I'm not detecting any signal faults with the V+ Box at present. The next step would be to send an engineer to the property to investigate this further.
