I'm sorry to hear that your TV is turning off every few minutes since the TiVo® has been installed. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks fine from here signal wise. I would like to clarify, is it the TiVo® box itself that's turning off or the TV set?
It's worth checking to see if all leads connecting the TV set to the TiVo® are plugged in securely. If you can let me know if the issue is still present and if the leads have been checked, that would be super.
