V+ poor recordings

Hi  - had Virgin for a few weeks after switching from Sky.

Wife gets the tivo in the front room (of course) - I have v+ in the bolt hole. Many a programme I record starts off, and often indefinitely continues with an unwatchable picture that is scarred/mis-pixellated with dodgy sound.

How can this be fixed?

Thank you for coming in and posting your comment, I've read and can see this isn't the most fun when you're recorded your shows and then a bit of a hiccup. 

 

I've been able to look into 1 or more of the boxes in the home and I can already see that there is a detectable fault I'd like to help fix. I'd need an engineer out to make some adjustments to enable this is resolved for you. With regards to the recordings, if they find an issue with the hard drive then it would require a swap and with no way to move the already recorded shows/movies over, I'd recommend viewing all of your shows well in advance to avoid any being missed).
