Having tried to upgrade my tv package and give vm extra money pcm I was told no I couldnt. Fine ill keep it. Was told I need an engineer to connect an extra box, box is already connected im watching it now then was told engineer would have to come out to check connections, connections are fine im watching it now. Sorry but not paying £40 + to have someone turn up to my house to say why am I here. Oh and I think its disgusting that you cannot actually email a complaint to an internet provider In 2015; really guys; dont bother phoning; lost my custom
I'm sorry to hear that your request to upgrade hasn't worked out. It's not good to hear that you've had this experience.
