since yesterday my TiVo box has been doing its update. We phone up the virgin media and explained the problem. It's doing the updates 2 of 3 where you can't do anything until it's finished. The box has been unplugged and switched off at the back. Did exactly what they told us to do. To the be told we need an engineer out to check cables but would have to wait until the Thursday, we have to wait 4 days altogether before its sorted. Not very happy, we have no tv!
