Hi, for the last few days now I haven't been able to watch a tv programme because it just won't stay on for long, it freezes up, goes off with a blank screen, tv box restarts and then says if this continues to call virgin 150 from your virgin phone ? Just wondered what's happening and how long it will go on for? Cables aren't lose and I have turned the box off and then back on again to no avail
