Why do Virgin Media not know what I'm talking about when I ask for a Tratec PSA 1503 adaptor?
Twice I have been sent an AC/DC adapter not what I required.
Eventually having typed TRATEC PSA 1503 into google and seen similar requested on the forum I was able to ask for a splitter which requires an engineer to be booked to fit.Before this Virgin Media had no notion of what I was talking about in fact said that unless the fitting was marked with virgin media logo then they would not have fitted it.
Why also is an evening appointment with an engineer any time between 1pm and 6pm?
What about an Appointment system hardly rocket science!
