The saga continues...

Someone has finally been out today to look at my parents TIVO box!
They've replaced it fiddled with the connection and broken it again! Fortunately they can come out again in 2 weeks time oh and the manager is calling tonight! Not holding my breath! So laughable it really is

I am sorry to learn about the recent issue after the engineer visit, it sounds like a nightmare! I would like to run some tests and enter the account to see what's been going on.
