TV

I've very disappointed that I was supposed to have broadband, a new telephone line and TV installed today. One out of three is still not done. In good faith I followed the engineers instructions and allowed them to leave without the TV being installed and fully functioning. I was promised it would be working within hours and if not to call him. No joy to both.

My TV says Installing software, connection unsuccessful. I've tried turning off the box, which the engineer said could fix the problem if it did not work by a certain time. I was also informed this has been the second day throughout the month new installations have faced this problem. He even read out a text on his phone to confirm he had been sent this message management and he was told to leave because this is an issue affecting the whole day and others around the country.

I'm really sorry to hear you've had so much trouble with your install.

I've checked the account and I can see all the equipment is currently online. Is everything OK now?
