TV package

i recently cancelled  my tv package with virgin  and after I did someone foned me from virgin making me offer saying I could that if I kept it I could have free tv package but could'nt talk to him at time so asked the man to fone me back but he didn't  i keep calling them back and all I keep getting is someone will call you back
