TV on Demand

For the past 2 months I've been unable to access on demand. It says it's currently unavailable and to check local area status.

I've also tried resetting several times but nothing changes. Can you suggest a fix for this or send an engineer?

Hi there joshuaant, 

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been unable to watch on demand for some time. I've done some checks on your account and can see that there are some issues with the signal levels feeding the set top box, and this is more than likely the cause of the issues that you're seeing.
