I have 2 problems with my Tivo box - not sure if they are related.
Firstly, my TV guide is showing 'To be Announced' for the majority of my channels.
Secondly, recorded programs are freezing or jumping forwards and backwards.
I have tried rebooting. I have also tried connecting to Virgin services through network settings. I have phoned 150,-not very helpful- they told me to connect through my settings again and everything will be Ok in an hour, maybe four hours! This is not the case. My connection status is still loading (8% after several hours) and my recorded programs are still freezing.

Im sorry to read about the recent issues on the TV services, when you have 'To be Announced' showing on the TV guide this flow below can help:-
Press Home on your TiVo remote
Select Help & Settings.
Choose Connect to the Virgin Media Service now
