TV anyconnect unregisterd device on PC

There are since last week the issue with TV Anywhere that I get an error the device is not your registered device.

When I run the Service status request it say the I should try again in 10 minutes.

This information I got now since Friday and nothing is working.

I had the luck to get one time someone in the chat on Saturday and get the information that Virgin is aware of the error and working on it.

How long will they need to solve the issue??????????

I am very upset ad my husband block in the moment the TV with football and I could not see anything else as TV Anywhere is not working on my PC.


Virgin Media: Do something urgently or you will loose a customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
