TV Guide

At the moment the tv guide isn't working correctly - the TIVO is not recording shows due to the "show name" field showing either a totally blank box, "No Information Available" or the word "Movie" - this seems to be affecting the TIVO's ability to record the show.

This is happening on at least 30% of the channels I receive - predominantly the Channel 4/E4 channels and the movie channels.

Restarting the set-top box (having to do so 3-4 times per day) does not fix this.

Any information on when this will be fixed?

Also the connection is stuttering on some channels - the screen will freeze for a few seconds and then start again interrupting viewing. Also Netflix and YouTube are practically unwatchable atm due to lag and buffering.

Anyone else suffering from these problems?
