TV Broadband off YET again

On going now for two weeks, TV and broadband both not working, repair after repair, still going off. Answers "it's fixed now" next day off again. FA cup day quarter finals, yet again everything off. This is not acceptable, two weeks to repair a fault, and it's still ongoing. My payment has been taken, no fault their then. No offer of compensation after 4 phone calls. Appalling service. Contract ends in June, guess what. Not good enough Virgin, and you want me to fork out for V6 box for better TiVo performance, well I'm paying for your service which I'm not satisfied with, you have a box that improves this service and you want me to pay for it. If I need this box to get the best out of what I'm already paying for it should be free upgrade. Discusting service, not happy.
