Slow over charged annoyed

I've recently had virgin fitted when I signed up I wasn't told my first month payment would be a double payment or that I was paying an activation fee. Not only this but since having it fitted my box has been soooooo slow taking up to 30 seconds to load things like my shows and guide this is time with no picture at all it also just jumps round when your watching something if you have paused and restart it jumps to where the program is now. I'm so annoyed

I am sorry that the first bill wasn't made aware to you, depending on the date you started this would be pro-rata for the first month plus a month.
