Slow Tivo, i've had enough

Has anyone got any idea when virgin are going to sort this problem out, as people have said it was slow before the recent update but now it is just so annoying, or do you think they are trying to get too much out of the TiVo box and it just can't cope? . I wonder if we will get any sort of compensation as we are paying for a service that is not working properly

Hello boysim34,


Sorry to hear you're experiencing a slow performance with your TiVo® box.


There are a couple of things you can try to help speed things up, one being here.


The next thing you can try is go to the Home screen and press - 


Thumbs down, thumbs up, play, play


This will clear the cache of the TiVo® box and will help with performance.
