why does my tv buffer or stop completely and my broadband go off at the same time? I've talked to the call centre (the line was v crackly and he sounded a million miles away) and the guy said he'd done something, but it was no better!
we pay a small fortune for our services and have had problems on and off for ages. A bloke even came out and did something, but it went bad again!!!!
I would look for a better provider if my broadband was working properly!!

I have been able to locate your account and I can see there are signal issues so I would like to send one of our team out to get these issues fixed. If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
