Once again no Catch up or On Demand. Having only just got it back after several days without it. I have tried to test it remotely but that facility is not working either. It's a totally unacceptable situation where I am paying for something you are not providing. No wonder customers are leaving. I would like some sort of solution please.

Hello there witchy1, 

I'm really sorry to hear that this fault has raised it's ugly head again, I understand how frustrating this must be for you. 

I've done some testing on your set top box, and can see that it's logging a few errors, so would like to arrange for someone to call out and investigate further for you.
