Hey guys, hope all is well. So Thursday, got my Quickstart kit, and called the number from the get go. The advisor told me he'll send through the signal and everything should be working when I plug it all in. Set everything up. Error code 7001, call up, another advisor tries multiple times, nothing. He tells me he's booking an engineer to arrive to come and sort it all out the following Friday (8 days later) I've had no confirmation of this, and can no longer call due to issues with my mobile. And the landline (from virgin) is also more working. I'm now stumped and have no idea what to do. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
