Poor picture

This is my tv this morning. It's on the SD channels HD is fine. It's generally just the oddflicker/horizontal line. Postcode is NN155

Hi looks like a signal level issue, I'd be inclined to phone and go down the tv faults option. Regards Micky

Signal level or RF noise causing disruption. Either way its a tech callout job.
