Have a virgin TiVo box and some of our channels cannot be watched as they break up and make a terrible clicking sound.
Some channels not working at all - get a message saying "there is a problem with the signal in this channel. If this keeps happening, call us on ........"
Have tried moving TV closer to incoming connection and have just run a test online that says nothing wrong with our signal.
Terrible when you're paying for channels you can't watch or records.
