On demand unavailable error 6117 keeps on coming up when watching an HD movie we've paid for. It will restart for approx 5 minutes or less before stopping and the error message coming back up. We've tried switching things off and on and waiting half an hour to try again but no luck it keeps on happening.
Anything else we can do?
P.S. It also took several attempts to try and log in to our online account. Once you enter the right into and click I'm not a robot it takes you back to signing in. Tried at least 10 times before I could get in.
