On demand not working week after week

This happens every week we get to the weekend chose a film and get code 319. It's always being fixed. But it's never on at the weekend. Is anyone else experiencing this and had anyone been credited by Virgin for this rubbish. I am paying £150 a month!!!

My apologies for the repeated 319 error on the TV services, I would like to help and have been able to look into the TV services in the home.


One or more boxes has shown signs of SNR issues and would affect the viewing on the TV services. Whist this may not directly affect the service to create a 319 error, it's certainly something that we would need to look into and resolve if we're to see any progress.
