On demand failure

Anyone else suffering from not being able to watch their favourite box sets using the 'on demand' service? My complaint to virgin media seemed to fall on deaf ears, and having waited 24 hours plus to try it again, there is still no joy.

i thought large companies these days had more than one server to cover problems and when one is down another will step in to provide an uninterrupted service. Why do we have to wait so long for a fix?

By the time VM fix this, their deal to show 'The Walking Dead' will probably have run out again. I am seriously considering reducing my package to the basics and trying an alternative solution - Amazon, Netflix etc...
