I have carried out some checks with the box remotely, all looks fine at present signal wise. Can you please tell me a bit more about what exactly happens when you are using On demand?
Are you getting any error messages/codes?
Do you get any picture/sound problems?
Does a light flash on the front of the box when On Demand doesn't work?
