I've run diagnostic tests to your equipment, but I'm not able to communicate with any of your boxes, so I'm going to need to get you to call in on 150 (free from a Virgin Media landline & Virgin Media mobile) or 0345 454 1111 (from any other phone), take option 2, and then option 2 again. I've noted your account, so that when you get through to one of my colleagues, he or she will see what checks have been completed so far and be able to investigate the box issue further for you.
