Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. I'm really sorry to hear that you have been left without services over the weekend.
As much as we would love to guarantee a 24/7 service with no faults, it's not something we can do. There will be times where a fault occurs but what we can promise is that we will get on it and resolve as soon as possible.
Checking the account today I can see that both the TV and Broadband services are back online.
