Having major issues with recorded programmes All programmes so far have recorded fine, we can pause, however we can't rewind or fast forward Also the same with on demand programmes This has apparently been happening since we joined a couple of weeks ago. Is this an issue that can be resolved?
Sorry to read you are unable to rewind/fast forward any recorded programmes.
Can you try this again after a reboot of the TV box to see if you get the same issue please?
When you are pressing rewind/fast forward do any lights show/blink on the remote or the box to show a signal?
I've looked at your account, your equipment is showing as offline and not polling any data. Is the TV box turned off as not in use? If you can let me know when you are back online, I can check this further for you.
