We've just had a new tv box installed in my daughters room. As soon as the engineer left we discovered that when my son switches his tv box off in his room the box in my daughters room stops working? I can't get through to virgin on phone as lines are down. Any help?😔

I am sorry to hear about the recent interruptions on the Tv, it is an interesting one. I have looked into the TV services and one of the boxes has some power levels that need adjusting. This would require an engineer to help adjust this and bring this back to a normal operation.
