I've seen this posted a few times before but thought I would ask anyway..
When I'm watching Netflix through my tivo box it takes ages to load, then when I finally make a selection it buffers to 25% then freezes. It used to do this maybe every couple of months but in the last week or so its done it every time I use Netflix.
I rang virgin today and was told that it was a problem with Netflix, they are aware of it and are working on it but there is nothing they can do.
I've seen posts about this problem dating back a few years, is there really still nothing that can be done?
I'm sorry to hear that you're begin impacted by the Netflix issue cutting out frequently. This is something we are continue to work on at the moment. It has been ongoing for sometime and we're working with Netflix to try and iron out these issues.
