I'm really sorry to hear that one of your additional set top boxes is showing an issue with missing channels at the moment.
I've done some checks and have sent some signals down in order to refresh the set top box, which may fix this issue. It can take up to 24 hours for these signals to reach the set top box, though the majority of the time, this is much faster. I can however see that we are aware of a network fault within the area which is affecting some signals coming down the line. Our Network engineers are now working on this, an have given us the estimated fix time of 9:30am on August 4th. The reference for this fault is F003818754.
