For the past 3 evenings we have lost sound and some channels picture through the TiVo box. Programmes that have been set to record have 'recorded ' but when we come to playback they are blank. Each time I have run the online test & reset box which works but it is frustrating that all my recorded shows are unwatchable. Please advise.

I can see you';ve been able to speak to our team since your post and fingers crossed, things are working as they should be. I've also been able to run some tests on the set top box and we're not detecting anything from our end at the moment.
