I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting any sound on the BBC iPlayer service. I will be happy to take a look at this for you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks fine with the signal and power levels. Also I'm pleased to say there is no high demand issues on the network either.
Can you please let me know if you are still getting the same fault today? If you are, if it happens on all programmes you order from BBC iPlayer? Also if the same happens when you use either Netflix or YouTube via the TiVo®?
