ERROR C130

Hi all,
Tivo has started giving me grief about error c130 and how the ethernet cable is unplugged n stuff....
No issues coincide with the issues facing on website.
Rang virgin earlier regarding internet keep dropping as i had to last month and month before that. Got cut off. They didnt call me back like they used too. Now got tv issues.
Its getting beyond a joke.
Need this sorting now. Paying too much money for jack all atm.
Any advice appreciated from folk who have had the same issue and now sorted.

I am sorry to read that you have had that error C130 in the home. After having a look at the connection and running some tests, it's clear to see that there are some issues that would need to be looked at and adjusted by and engineer as your downstream power levels on the TiVo need adjusting.
